Anthony Ubay

Managing Director

Anthony Ubay is a hands-on business owner and Director of ProServe Solutions, leading the company’s client relationships, project coordination and delivery across Australia.

His experience includes electronic locking systems, access control, room and building automation, commissioning and technical training. Anthony has supported projects for major hospitality and accommodation groups, including ALH Group, IHG, Marriott, Quest and Toga Properties.

Anthony works closely with clients, suppliers and project teams to ensure solutions are delivered efficiently, professionally and to the required standard. His focus is on building trusted relationships and providing practical support from initial planning through to project completion.

Mark Ubay

General Manager / Technical Director

Mark Ubay is the Technical Director at ProServe Solutions, bringing more than 10 years of experience across building automation, access control, structured cabling and smart-room technology.

His expertise includes KNX, Dynalite and C-Bus automation systems, Molex structured cabling, Interel guest-room management systems and dormakaba access-control solutions. Mark has delivered complex hospitality projects involving HVAC and lighting control, energy management, BMS and PMS integration.

At ProServe, Mark leads technical delivery and helps ensure systems are properly designed, integrated, commissioned and supported, providing clients with reliable solutions that perform in real-world environments.
